With over 15 years of experience in shifter manufacturing and design, we have applied all of our resources to develop the next generation of shifting bliss.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe new V3 RSX Short Shifter not only sits on a stronger and lighter steel frame, but the internal spring also keeps the motion totally fluid through all gears. The four-link design offers adjustable short and crisp shifts while keeping parts to the minimum.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eWhen it comes to adjustability, our RSX shifter truly shines. Adjustments are a breeze and can give you many different options in terms of shift feel. With just the turn of a single 5mm allen wrench, you can adjust your shift knob to be 2\" taller or 1\" lower than stock. With the same allen wrench, you can adjust the knob position, bringing it closer to or further from the steering wheel, meaning you can shift quickly and keep your hands on the wheel. Want your shifts a little shorter? This shifter can reduce throw anywhere from 10% to 50% (below stock throw). Gate spacing (left-right shifter motion) is also adjustable. This means that if you like short throws and wide gates, long throws, and narrow gates, or any other combination, you can custom tailor it to your preference.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eOne glance at our RSX shifter reveals a design that cuts no corners. The base plate is made from formed and welded A6 steel that is lighter and stronger than the outgoing model. The links feature full 6061-T6 aluminum construction with stainless steel ball bearings that are designed to provide quiet operation with no need for lubrication. The shift levers are made from stainless steel to avoid unsightly corrosion. Another benefit of the silicone construction is that there is no need for a coupler at the throttle body. The intake connects to the throttle body with just a single t-bolt clamp, meaningless turbulence as air enters the intake manifold.\nA less noticeable but very important feature of this intake is that it works with RBC, RRC, and PRB intake manifolds. This 6\" velocity stack is designed to lower inlet restrictions and allow more air into your engine, again leading to a denser, more powerful inlet charge. Built-in Anti-hydrolock bypass! One very cool component in this kit is the injection molded air bypass manifold. This manifold serves a number of functions. It provides attachment points for the factory MAF as well as for the (included) silicone tubing that attaches to the factory valve cover vent and air bypass valve. It also has a built-in air bypass feature that allows air into the engine when the intake's filter becomes wet. This helps to avoid the dreaded hydro-lock that so many people normally worry about in heavy rain. We tested the bypass valve by totally submerging an air filter in a bucket of water and running the motor. Even when totally submerged, the engine idled and rev'd safely without hydro-locking. Of course, we still advise practicing caution when going through deep water in any car! The biggest gain the bypass manifold provides is the reduction of parasitic Helmholtz resonance.
