75mm K-Series Throttle Body for RBC/RRB/RRC/RBB Bolt Patterns The 75mm throttle body is designed for K-Series RBC, RRB, RRC, and RBB intake manifolds and is intended for drive-by-cable applications. It maintains TPS calibration alignment by mirroring the OEM Honda TPS design and features a rotated IACV port to improve clearance between the radiator and wiring harness during installation. Compatibility and installation notes: This unit is a direct bolt-on for RBC/RRB/RRC/RBB manifolds. It is not designed for donor-car drive-by-wire configurations. For RRC manifolds, idle control is not provided; a block-off solution is required to seal the idle-air path during installation. Engineering, durability, and performance Constructed from 6061-T6 aluminum, the throttle body uses staked butterfly bolts to prevent loosening over time. A custom-fit thermal insulation gasket reduces heat transfer from the manifold, helping maintain consistent throttle response. Inside, double-sealed roller bearings ensure smooth, repeatable operation, complemented by dual stainless-steel throttle return springs for reliability in varied conditions.
